Techlabs, Inc. had previously acquired a 7% equity position in The Bighub.com, Inc. The BigHub.com, Inc. announced that it was in negotiations with a fabrication company in order to acquire it. The fabrication company had revenues in excess of $4.0 million in 2007 and is currently undergoing an audit in order to facilitate the transaction. As part of the transaction Techlabs will end up with 71% common stock ownership of the BigHub.com and  Techlabs will assist The Bighub.com, Inc. in regaining trading status on the PinkSheets and ultimately apply for uplisting on the OTC Bulletin Board.  

Techlabs, Inc. will add to its collection of asset properties by purchasing oil leases where previous operators have abandoned formerly producing wells. The Company will operate these properties through a newly formed subsidiary, Teton Oil & Gas.
